Kevin Mills, HR Director

My name is Kevin Mills and I am the Director of Human Resources. I grew up in Big Springs Nebraska. I received my B.S. at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, in Social Sciences/Secondary Education; I earned a M.S. in School Guidance(Nova Southeastern University); a Certificate in Educational Administration (UCF).

I have taught middle and high school social studies; served as a dean of students; a high school counselor; assistant principal; college adjunct/lecturer; and most recently, Director of Student Services.

My overall philosophy is simple, "Be teachable. You are not always right. Never stop learning". I learned a long time ago, it is not so much what people say, it is what they do and how they treat people. Integrity is the most important part of a leader.
