Madison Middle School | Keyboarding

My name is Cory Dosland and I grew up in Dayton, Ohio.  I moved to Elkhorn, Nebraska, in the 11th grade and graduated from Elkhorn High School.  I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Kearney where I majored in Physical Education and Business Education.  I received my Master’s degree in Instructional Technology also from the University of Nebraska-Kearney.

I have been teaching at Madison Middle School since 1998 making it feel like a second home to me.  I’ve taught P.E. and Computer classes for 17 years and now teach Computer classes exclusively. I have been an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach at the High School since 1998 and Assistant Girls Track Coach since 2001.  I am constantly amazed at all the great students I’ve gotten to know through teaching and coaching and wouldn’t trade the experiences I’ve had for anything.

I am a huge sports fan and avidly root for the Huskers, Spurs, Bengals, Reds, Arizona Basketball, and Chelsea.  I could fill a book talking about those teams, so I’ll move on.  I enjoy traveling and usually take a couple big trips every summer.  The rest of the summer I can be found extremely happy or frustrated on a golf course.  I love learning new things and am constantly filling my nonstop curiosity.
